Shawn E. Montell-Wilson

Graduating summa cum laude from St. Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Master’s in Education, Shawn began her career in Psychopharmacology, researching experimental drugs for Bristol Myers Squibb at the University of Illinois. Shortly after completing her research projects, she pursued the opportunity to transform a struggling automobile dealership in Chicago. Shawn developed keen business acumen which led to tremendous growth & profitability of the company. Her drive and determination led to the acquisition of two more dealerships. Shawn utilizes her business excellence and M&A experience to co-lead MW LLC as its Chairman.
Michael R. Wilson
President & CEO
Mike has over 35 years experience as a global manufacturing leader and has extensive turnaround and downturn recovery experience. He has worked for such top performers as Procter & Gamble, Ford Motor Company, and Material Sciences Corporation, and has consulted for several multi-national companies. He contributed to highly successful M&A deals during his career and continues to do so at MW LLC which he co-leads as its President & CEO. Mike holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Ross Business School, University of Michigan.
